ABOUT ME

Welcome to my site and to the opportunity to find your own personal success through the support of professional counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience I value the uniqueness of each individual and in the strength and creativity of the human spirit.  Within the counseling relationship is a safe place to define areas of growth, vent feelings, explore possibilities, find encouragement and move toward peacefulness. 

My approach to counseling is gentle and encouraging, although I can be direct when helpful.  I will support without judging and am respectful of individual and cultural differences. My approach draws on many theoretical orientations that best suit the group or individual needs.  My specialties include treatment for anxiety, depression, workplace issues, identity/self-esteem, career development, grief/loss and relationship dynamics.
